अलोसिया-एसपी टैबलेट एक संयोजन दवा है जिसका उपयोग मांसपेशियों में दर्द, जोड़ों के दर्द और ऑपरेशन के बाद दर्द जैसी विभिन्न स्थितियों में दर्द और सूजन से राहत के लिए किया जाता है। इस प्रकार, यह रूमेटाइड आर्थराइटिस, एंकिलॉज़िंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस और ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस जैसी स्थितियों में दर्द और सूजन को प्रभावी ढंग से कम करता है। अलोसिया-एसपी टैबलेट का सेवन डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई अवधि एवं खुराक के अनुसार ही किया जाना चाहिए. पेट खराब होने से बचाने के लिए इसे खाने या दूध के साथ लेना चाहिए। दवा को नियमित रूप से सही समय पर लेने से इसकी प्रभावशीलता बढ़ जाती है। जब तक आपका डॉक्टर आपको यह न कहे कि इसे बंद करना सुरक्षित है, तब तक दवा को नियमित रूप से लेते रहना महत्वपूर्ण है।

 मतली, उल्टी, पेट दर्द, अपच, नाराज़गी, भूख न लगना और दस्त कुछ सामान्य दुष्प्रभाव हैं जो इस दवा को लेने पर देखे जा सकते हैं। अगर आप लंबे समय तक इलाज के लिए इस दवा का सेवन कर रहे हैं तो डॉक्टर नियमित रूप से आपके गुर्दे की कार्यक्षमता, लीवर की कार्यक्षमता और रक्त घटकों के स्तर की निगरानी कर सकते हैं। लंबे समय तक उपयोग से पेट में रक्तस्राव और गुर्दे की समस्याओं जैसी गंभीर जटिलताएं हो सकती हैं। गर्भवती या स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को अलोसिया एसपी टैबलेट लेने की सलाह नहीं दी जाती है.

Alosia-SP Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset.  Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, loss of appetite, and diarrhea are some of the common side effects that might be observed on taking this medicine. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems. Alosia-SP Tablet is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
